Berenice Jacobson

Berenice was born on May 27, 1948, in Alice, Texas. She and her husband, Carl, met at Driscoll School. They dated for four years before marrying in March 1966. The couple had two sons together. Berenice volunteered at Gilson Elementary and occasionally worked as a substitute teacher when needed. After a few years, she decided to become a full-time housewife. She enjoyed reading and had a passion for dogs and horses.

Berenice is preceded in death by her parents, her son Ron, and two brothers. She is survived by her husband, Carl; her son, Carl Jr. (Martha); her twin sister, JoAnn Fischer; her sister, Patsy Litchfield; and numerous nephews and nieces.
