Daisy Phillips

Daisy Bolin Phillips, 92, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. She was born one of thirteen siblings on July 26, 1925, in Long, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jay and Myrtle Bolin; her husband,William Fred Phillips and her daughter Frieda Wendland. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara (Maynard) Bockholt; her grandchildren, Corina (Les) Hoelscher, Denise Atchley, Stacy (Wyndee) Wendland, Clint (Paul) Worton, Todd Wendland, Aaron Bockholt; great grandchildren; and great great grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Sawyer- George Funeral Home Chapel. A private burial will follow.
