David Kerr

David Kerr, 71, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2011. He was born May 16, 1939 in Louisville, Kentucky to Clyde and Ann Durham Kerr. He was a computer programmer in Corpus Christi and the Rio Grande Valley all of his working life. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Adrienne Kerr of Corpus Christi, Texas; his daughters, Laura Kerr of Dallas, Texas and Christi Schernecke and her husband, Stephen of Denver, Colorado; two grandchildren, Alex and Nik Schernecke. Memorial services will be conducted at 4 P.M. Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel. Those who wish may make contributions to the University of Texas, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Development Center, 1515 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, Texas 77030 in his memory.
