Domingo Antonio "Andy" Anzaldua

November 26, 1939 - March 20, 2026

Domingo Antonio "Andy" Anzaldua entered in to eternal rest on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 10:23 pm. 

Andy was born in Orange Grove, Texas to Domingo and Elvira Anzaldua. He was a wonderful, honest and kind man that will be dearly missed.

Andy was a proud veteran that served in the United States Air Force for seven years. Andy was a Real Estate Broker, home builder and contractor. He was instrumental in helping people purchase their first home. He instilled the value of investing in real estate. He helped many people during his career.

Andy loved the outdoors,. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially with his friend , Ron Elsner. He loved to have a good time dancing, listening to music, Tejano, Mexican Corridos as well as country western music. He loved to barbeque, sit outside and just relax.

Thank you Andy for all the good times.

Andy is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Minerva Anzanldua, his sons, David (Esther) and Anthony (Norma), daughters, Debra Lee (Bob) and Liza (Amir) Poursandi; eight grandchildren and his six great grandchildren. He is also survived by numerous friends, cousins, and a special nephew, Emmanuel Jude Ayala.

A visitation will be held at Sawyer-George Funeral Home on March 25, 2026 from 5-7 pm with a rosary to follow at 7 pm. A funeral Mass will be held at St. John of The Cross in Orange Grove, Texas on March 26, 2026  at 12 noon. Interment to follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery on March 26, 2026 at 2 pm.

A celebration of life will be held on March 26, 2026 at the VFW Post 3837, 12030 Leopard St, Corpus Christi, Texas 78410 at 3 pm.
