Fern Calloway

Fern D. Calloway passed away on December 9, 2018. She was a benevolent prayer warrior. Fern is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Jalmer Ray “Doc” Calloway; her parents, Charles and Lillie Dietzmann. She is survived by sons, Ray (Cecelia) Calloway and Garland (Dawn Mundahl) Calloway; grandsons, Bryan (Niki) Calloway and Justin (Lily) Calloway; granddaughters, Vanessa (Brad) Kelly and Sarah (Jake) Prince; great grandchildren, Logan Calloway, Gavin Kelly, Ian Kelly, Hunter Prince and Ava Prince; brother, Dick (Barbara) Dietzmann; nephews, Brian and Cary Dietzmann. Visitation will from 6pm to 8pm on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Funeral services will conducted at 10am on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at St. John Lutheran Church. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Robstown. Pallbearers will be George Conde, Gary Capeheart, Steve Miller, David Krebs and Robert Knetig, Russell Menn. Honorary pallbearers will be Dwight Littlejohn, Ricky and Wally Fears, Jon Duplantis, Craig and Lee Kitchens.
