Geraldine Mcferrin

Geraldine McFerrin, 81 years of age, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at her home after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband of 56 years and retired fireman, Jackson D. McFerrin; her son, Benny Lee Hill and wife Nancy; her daughter, Debra Faye Clark and husband Billy; step-son, Michael Coleman; five grandchildren, Derek Hill, Chuck Hill, Brian Hill, Zachary Clark and Kiesha Clark all of Corpus Christi, Texas; two sisters, Ernestine Ordner of Corpus Christi, Texas and Imogene Dragoo of Temple, Texas. Visitation will be from 9 A.M. until 3 P.M. with the family present from 1 P.M. until 3 P.M. Thursday, December 31, 2009 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 A.M. Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Calallen Baptist Church with Brother Jack Willoughby officiating. Services will conclude at the church.
