Gloria Aranda

May 24, 1947 — November 10, 2025

Gloria Muñoz Aranda was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend — one of the sweetest souls you could ever meet. She carried a fiery spirit born from life’s many trials, yet she met each one with patience, grace, and her unforgettable sense of humor. Her laughter and warmth touched everyone who knew her, and her love for family was the heartbeat of her life.

Gloria had a gift for connecting with people. She was sociable, easy to talk to, and could make anyone feel welcome. Her kindness drew others in, and her fun-loving spirit made her the light of every gathering. She also had a special love for dogs — her loyal companions who brought her comfort and joy throughout her life.

She was generous with her time, always ready to lend a hand or share a laugh. She loved to dance, and her joyful energy made any room brighter. A dedicated and baptized servant of Jehovah, Gloria held firm to her faith and the resurrection hope that gave her strength and peace throughout her life.

She is preceded in death by her father Jesse Muñoz, mother Ascension Ybarra Bramlett, stepfather Donald A. Bramlett, sisters Lucy Soto, Beatrice Ruiz, Mary Irene Muñoz, and Jesusita Montemayor, brothers Frank Muñoz and Richard Muñoz, her husband Frank Aranda, and her sons Frankie (Frank Jr.) Aranda, Michael Aranda, and Edward Aranda.

Gloria leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory: her sisters Juanita De Leon, Pauline Muñoz, and Margie Adame, brothers-in-law Mark De Leon and Johnny Adame, and her devoted children Carolyn Eichler, Jessie Aranda, and Alice Aranda Rivera with her husband Carlos Rivera, as well as Jeff Eichler.

Gloria’s legacy is one of love, faith, laughter, and connection. She lived a full and happy life surrounded by family, friends, and the pets she adored. Her memory will continue to inspire kindness, joy, and hope in all who were blessed to know her.

“She fought the good fight, kept her faith, and filled our hearts with laughter and love.”
