Jim Davis

Jim Davis, 85, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away Monday, June 21, 2010. He was born November 20, 1924 in Lorenzo, Texas to Oscar Roy and Madeline Katherine Orlein Davis. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII and was employed in oil field equipment sales. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sons, Denny Mack Davis and Stephen Davis; his step-son, Paul Anthony Wasson. He is survived by his wife, Birdie Davis of Corpus Christi, Texas; his step-daughters, Linda Kaye Davis and her husband Paul of Abilene, Texas and Cindy Mackerer of San Antonio, Texas; five grandsons; two great grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 10 A.M. Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at Robstown Memorial Park with Dale Mathis officiating. Burial will follow.
