Mary Rhyne

“MeMe”, passed away Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020 at the age of 77.

Mary is survived by her brother, Dale Edward Willeford(of Mooresville, NC); her sister, Kathy Diana Byerley(John Byerley)(of Robstown, TX), her children; Randy Rhyne(of Jacksonburg, WV), Lorri Hill(Randy Hill)(of Odessa, TX), Jennifer Morris(Jeremy Morris)(of Beeville, TX); her grand children, Kimberly, Mayme, Julie, Kevin, George, Leslie, Madison, Emma, Nathan, Peyton and Lily, and numerous great grand children, nieces and nephews all of whom were treasured and loved. She was proceeded in death by her parents; George Edward Willeford & Nancy Lorraine Willeford(of Corpus Christi, TX), her sister; Anne Reed(of Heber Springs, AR) and her brother; Alton Wayne Willeford(of Corpus Christi, TX).

Mary was born in Pasadena, TX on February 7th, 1943 to George & Nancy Willeford. She graduated from Del Mar College with an LVN nursing degree and worked at numerous nursing facilities. She loved what she did and she was passionate about it.

Mary loved big and laughed often. She never met a stranger and spared no expense when caring for others. She was a devoted Christian and shared her faith with everyone she met. She was known for her testimony, “I can’t even breath without Him!” and it was evident that she believed every word.
