Mary Sue Lassmann

Mary Sue Lassmann, 82 years old, entered the gates of our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, March 2, 2021. She was born March 4, 1938 in Ellisville, MS to Floyd & Verneva Williamson. She married her husband, Ruben Lassmann, in 1955 and just recently celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary.

Mary loved the Lord with all her heart. Her greatest joy and past time was studying the Bible and watching shows on TV to give her more knowledge of our Lord and Savior. She enjoyed painting, crocheting and any new craft she felt she could do.

Left to cherish wonderful memories of her is her husband, Ruben Lassmann Jr.; her children, Debbie (Terry) Shannon, Becky (Jerry) Schmidt and Buddy (Lamar) Lassmann ; 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Ann (Frank) Goodson, and her brother, Hackel (Valarie) Williamson, along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 10:00AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Alice, Texas.
