Paul Stastney

Paul Stastney, 49, of Odem, Texas, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2015. He was born July 1, 1966 in Robstown, Texas. He was employed most of his life as a truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Janet Stastney of Odem, Texas; his children, Allyson Stastney of Odem, Texas, Michael (Cassie) Stastney of Winnie, Texas and Ryker (Elizabeth) Stastney of Odem, Texas; his grandson, Wesley Stastney of Winnie, Texas; his parents, Georgie and Cyril Stastney, Sr. of Robstown, Texas; his brothers, William Stastney of Chicago, Illinois and Cyril (Sally) Stastney, Jr. of Calallen, Texas; his sisters, Laura Gail Stastney of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Jo Hanna (Doug Moore) Stastney of Odem, Texas; and a niece, Ashley Goodpaster and her four children. Visitation will be from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 10 A.M. Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Seaside Memorial Park with Pastor Dale Wommack officiating. Burial will follow.
