Pedro Pena

Pedro Xavier Pena, 51, of Corpus Christi, Texas, went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 1, 2018. He was born on August 18, 1966 to Pedro and Mary Pena. After graduating from Richard King High School, he enlisted in the U. S. Army, and after serving his country came back home to Corpus Christi. Pedro was devoted to God first, then family and friends. He loved playing poker, hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Kathleen Pena; his children, Jordan and his wife Ashley, Nicole and Joshua; his grandchildren, Abigail and Makayla Sanchez; his brothers, Pedro Pena, III, Jesse James Pena and Alex Pena; his sister, Yvette Pena; many nieces, nephews, their children and extended family members. Visitation will be held from Noon until 1:00 P.M. with the funeral service to start at1:00 P.M. Friday, March 16, 2018 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel, 12497 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78410. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, 4607 FM 1889, Robstown, Texas 78380. Following the graveside service, there will be a gathering of family and friends at the Al Almin Shrine, 2001 Suntide Road at IH-37, Corpus Christi, Texas 78409.
