Rick Horak,

Patrick (Pat) Horak, of Mathis, Texas, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Judy Brown Horak, Children, Daughters Tressy Horak and Ramey Horak, Son, Kelly Horak, Step Children, Joei Crocker Cooper and Jason Crocker, (8) Grandchildren and (5) Great Grandchildren. He was loved by many and will be dearly missed. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. with the Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 9:30 A.M. at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. Burial will follow at 11:00 A.M. in the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
