Roger M.D.

Roger Gilbert Ramon, M.D., age 63, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away May 22, 2010. Dr. Ramon was born December 23, 1946 in San Antonio, Texas to Donaciano G. and Sarah Guajardo Ramon. Dr. Ramon graduated from Brackenridge High School, received his undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s University, and graduated medical school from the University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Ramon was in private practice at Annaville Family Medicine for over twenty years and most recently was employed at Corpus Christi Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic. Dr. Ramon was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife of twenty-nine years, Margarite A. Ramon; sons, Ross Thomas (Krystle) Ramon and Ryan Matthew (Kerry Messer) Ramon; sisters and brothers, Sylvia JoAnn (Daniel) Ramos, Yolanda (Dave) Acosta, Debbie (Jim) Vallin, Ronnie (Susan) Ramon, Ruben (Sal) Ramon, Myrna (Paul) Hoodless, Sandra Ramon (Rudy). Numerous nieces and nephews survive. Memorial services will be conducted on Friday, May 28, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Theo Farrias officiating.
