Donald Stevens, Jr.

Donald Wayne Stevens, Jr. of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021. He was born in Puyallup, Washington, on November 10, 1956, to Donald and Geraldine Stevens.

Don attended Summer High School and joined the United States Air Force in 1975. After four years of service, Don worked at Federal Express for 33 years, where he retired, and almost nine years at Del Mar College Transportation Training Services as an instructor.

He was a member of Saint Peter's Prince of the Apostles Catholic Church, where he was a Eucharistic Minister and a Fourth-Degree member of the Knights of Columbus 7290. Don had a passion for fixing things around the house, spending time with family, and a super fan of the Seattle Seahawks.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Jim and Philip.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Stevens; children, Charlie (Jove) Melissa, and David; also surviving him are his grandchildren, Enzo, Travis, and Ali; his sister, Becky Twaites (John).

A rosary will be recited at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Saint Peter's Prince the Apostle Catholic Church in Corpus Christi, Texas.

The funeral mass will be celebrated that same day at 10:00 a.m.
