James Michael Garza, Jr.

James was a very loved and well known for his big heart and kindness. He had the world’s biggest smile that would light up a room. He loved to hunt, play sports, music, and gaming. He had hopes of joining the United States Military upon graduation. He showed great poise in everything he aspired to do. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him and who’s hearts he touched.

James is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Arnold Garza and George Puebla, Sr.; aunt, Brenda Lee Garza and family friend, Joshua Eller.

James is survived by his parents, James Garza, Sr. and Diamond Puebla; siblings, Alexus, Evalynn, Liam, Andrew, Luke and Nayeli Garza; maternal grandparents, George T. Puebla Jr. and Odilia DeLeon; paternal grandparents, Abel Gomez and Ida Garza; great grandmothers, Dolores Puebla and Diana Garza; aunts and uncles, Roger and Audrey Ramirez, Gustavo Gonzalez and Laura Puebla, George Puebla, III, AJ and Julia Soto, Elias Puebla, Faith Puebla, Mando and Brittany Lopez, Erica Gomez, Abel Gomez, Jr. and numerous cousins and respected family.

A visitation will be held at Sawyer-George Funeral Home on Friday, June 17, 2022, from 10:00AM to 8:00PM, with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00PM. The services will conclude at the funeral home.
