Janice Pinkerton

Janice Pinkerton, 79, of San Diego, Texas, passed away on August 8, 2022, in Corpus Christi, Texas after a short illness. She was born on August 2, 1943, to James P. and Nora L. Wilson.

Janice was raised in Snyder, Texas. She married her husband of 61 years, Kelton Pinkerton on August 5, 1961. Janice loved her family dearly and had an exceptional love for her pet dogs, cats, and horses. She will be remembered dearly by those who loved her.

She is preceded in death by her father, James P. Wilson Sr. (Lucille); mother, Nora Crouch (Edward); brother, Jimmy Wilson; and sister, Barbara Crouch.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Kelton Pinkerton; sons, Kelton Pinkerton, Jr (Shalane), Robert Pinkerton (Melissa), and Michael Pinkerton (Audrina); grandchildren, Gaven Pinkerton, Dakota Roe, Dalton Roe, Megan Stucki (Travis), Ashley Daily (Jason), Ethan Pinkerton, Ryan Pinkerton, Trintonn Crisp, and Alexxa Crisp; great grandchildren, Evelyn Daily, Gracelyn Daily; siblings, Sandra Roberts, Brenda Moore, and Mary Morrow (Darrell); sister-in-law, Donna Sue Wilson; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, August 13, 2022, at Sawyer-George Funeral Home.
