William Melvin (Bud) Stovall, Jr. went to his eternal home on October 28, 2020. Bud was born on July 2, 1930 to Melvin and Thelma Stovall of Brownsville, Texas. He graduated from Brownsville High School and went on to Baylor University, where he earned his degree in Business. Bud served in the United States Army from 1951-1953.
